Wayne, beautiful work. Lovely subject, as well. I think the hair light is just a bit too hot, as it is brighter than the face, but still a nice effect.

very nice, and thanks for the description of how it all came together.
Beautiful model, great pose, nicely lit...but I agree the hair light is a tad too bright. I probably would have cropped above her halter, but that's just me.

I toned down the high lite on the hair and reprocessed, any better?
Gorgeous portrait of a gorgeous woman-nice work!
I have been adding color to B&W photos for a long time and when I have a colored photo too that has bleached out areas like your photo shows on her shoulder blade , under her eyebrow , and the spot on her upper lip . I always tone those areas down . To me the bright area grabs your eye before you see most of the photo you want people to notice . I can't speak for others on here , but that is how I see photos .It is up to you as the photographer to decide if you still want to keep these bright areas or not . The lighting under her eye , to the right of her nose , on her cheek is more what I am talking about that looks good to me .....We all have different taste .
Great job. I like the toned down hair, that did the trick. Thank you for posting your lighting diagram, it is very helpful to others.
Beautiful work and thanks for the lighting setup. Good stuff Wayne.
Does Canon make a 24-105 f2.8?
Great work, especially the second submission. I truly appreciate your lighting diagram, too. It helps me with my portraits to see new setups and their effects.
Pretty model. Excellent photos. I like the 2nd one just a tad better, but the first one is fine too.
wayne-03 so very poignant and beautifully done... I'm absolutely certain she loves this rendering...
Many thanks for the illumination diagram... your kindness for sharing this shoot's studio setup is greatly appreciated...
