Those gorgeous wings are no good for flying. Perhaps they borrow them from the gurnard fish!

This little guy is jealous!
At first I thought it was a walking stick, but your other shot shows it is a form of mantis. I think that Mantis' can fly here, but don't have the huge abdomen of that guy.
