hi all. i will be taking a large family pic this holiday i will be using a 7d/2, two, canon 600ex rt on stands and the 600 ex rt transmitter. now looking to get a wireless remote trigger my concerns is frequency conflicts between the two xmitters they might have. i know the 600 rt have multiple channel choices but should i look for a trigger that have selectable channels as well. any suggestions on good a one would be greatly appreciated. one extra note the hot shoe is being used by the 600 exrt so it needs to be pluged into to the body. thank you bill, happy holidays

I'm pretty happy with my Yongnuo RF603N triggers. $30 on Amazon and it attaches to the camera by cable.

I have had a couple of them, they were disappointing and reside in a drawer.
However The SMDV works great. It's around 60 dollars and worth every cent.
I think I found it on ebay,

what does SMDV stand for and why were you disappointed in the Yongnuo? Mine seem to work fine in all the modes I've used it for - regular, BULB, and TIME.

It's weird, SMDV is the name of the company. I had a Vello that was junk. Another brand I can't think of at the moment, I sent that one back. I haven't owned a Yougnuo , so I really can't offer a opinion of it. But I do know the SMDV works great for me, came in a nice pouch also.

Yes, looks nice. It didn't say if it would work with my D5600. The Yongnuo is $30 and works well for me. I use it pretty infrequently.

Interesting company SMDC. I like their eyepieces but they don't seem to have any good reviews (only one on Amazon).
