Perhaps You can download the files from the company's website. Or perhaps they sell replacements. Otherwise I'd check eBay, You'd be surprised what you can find there, I've found installation CDs for some long out of production hardware there before. Good luck with finding it.

I just bought a used D200 to use as my 'knock around camera'. So far I really like it. What is on the CD that you need? I don't have it either and don't seem to need it.

Even when you buy a current camera with
CDs included, the recommendation is to be
sure of getting the latest [or for a D200 I'd
call it "final"] version by downloading from
the manufacturers support site.
If you acquire the CDs from ebay or copies
from a D200 user, you are not assured that
the CDs are the latest/final version.
