Hi Larry! Always so good to see you! This would have been a great 'what is it?' subject. I would have never guessed dog collar, and my own pooch wears a pink one similar to this.

Monster Child came in after a day of terrorizing the yard covered in mud and other yuck. The collar was covered with dog fuzz and other yuck. The light hit it just right, and click click latter this is the result.
