Nice wood ducks. They're probably far more common in my neck of the woods than yours. I've always found them to be one of Mother Nature's more interesting contributions to the world of water foul. I'm lucky enough, or unlucky, to live in a part of Pennsylvania that has a large population of Woodies year round. Don't know why, but they seem to like it here. By the way, nice pics.

Really nice pictures of a beautiful bird, whether it is a water foul or a water fowl.

I'm not sure if I did that or auto spell did that but either way I should have caught it. In my defense, I'm sitting in the car, waiting for the wife, playing with the puppies, taking pictures and chatting on line, all at pretty much the same time. Oh what a hectic life I live in retirement; maybe it's time to find another job.

I know the feeling Rmorrison, that predictive text is a load of rubbish and i always double check when i've posted a reply or a comment just in case i've typed something rude.It has happened in the past.I knew what you meant though :sm09

So true. A few years ago when I was nothing more than a hoglet, I made the mistake of pointing out grave grammatical mistakes and spelling errors in someone's posting. Not because I was trying to come off as better educated or smarter or better or anything like that, but because with the presumably unintended errors, the meaning behind the post was either distorted or lost. Apparently there were, and are, many hogs that don't take kindly to that sort of behavior.
