Never seen a tree like this one...
I would like to know the name.
Try Staghorn Sumac. I have the "picture This app for my phone, take a picture of a plant and it will give you the ID.

Check Pecan, Myrtle and Sumac. Look closely at the flowers, they are the best indicators. Also, is a possible tree species found to grow in your location? The leaves all seem to be similar more or less for these three general sorts of trees, but the flowers are all very different. The Fall color is great what ever it is. Have fun.
I don't know what it is, but it looks nothing like our staghorn sumac, which we have in abundance here in western Mass.

Google says it is a Vinegar Tree.

Wrong berries for Sumac, tried again wit the berries and it may be a Crape Myrtle, or China ball tree.
Have not seen this tree but know it is not 'Staghorn' Sumac.
Pretty sure that's a Crepe Myrtle that has been topped (Crepe Murdered). If you look at the diameter of the trunks and then the diameters of the branches, which all appear to be of the same size, it would indicate that the tree had been radically cut back resulting in it's present shape.

I have one exactly like it. A Burning Bush. Mine has the same leaves green all year until fall and then if it gets enough sun it turns a very bright red for a few weeks until the leaves fall. Berries turn from green to red as well. These usually grow as a bush. It appears that yours has been trimmed to try to get a tree like shape. I like that and may trim mine like that next spring.
Good call on crepe murdered. I knew I'd seen this somewhere ... My front garden.
The peeling tree bark and leaf/berry arrangement is a a perfect match to mine.. too bad it was pruned wrong.
Thanks, I've owned a Tree Care company for 40 years so I was pretty sure what it was, and what had happened to it. Great fall color in any event.

I agree - it looks more like a crepe myrtle than sumac to me.
