Yes, cats are all predators. Sitting on top of the microwave with a full food bowl 5 feet away, yet these two seem to be searching for something moving to attack.
Cats can make great pets, but unfortunately given the opportunity, they will kill everything smaller than they are.

I think I'll see if I can borrow my granddaughter's cat. The chipmunks and mice seem to like my garage. That should square that problem away.
