Thank you, yes you are right, my intention was to create the feel of a painting, it was shot at night with one low light at the front of the model to give a more dramatic light.

I shot it on transparency and took 10 shots bracketing to try and get the result I wanted.

First, fantastic set you built - very "old world" (read: painting) that added to the classic pose of the model. Very well-done, even with the single light burning out the left of the photo somewhat. A pleasure to see a true NUDE photograph posted with so many here of late just posting snapshots of naked women.
