She is a beautiful young woman. What you need for her portraits are even lighting. And we are not numbers in a little black book! I wouldn't begin to rate by number.

I new that there was something wrong, and you have nailed it! She looks lifeless and plastic! Fix the lighting and you can reveal her in all of her GOD given beauty. Take and post the same angles with the new lighting. I think that the second picture has the most interesting potential.

Not sure what you mean by rating her, but I think the model’s makeup is overdone. Her skin looks like plastic - too much makeup or excessive smoothing in PP. Also, the lighting is a bit harsh and the shadows are a mess. My 2 cents .....
