I would not kick either one out of the stable. I like them both maybe #1 a tad more.
I'm in the neither one camp. Just not natural looking.
If I was forced to pick one, I'd reluctantly choose the second one.

#2 because in #1 the lighting on the horse's backends does not match the suns location. I also use Skylum post processing products and can appreciate your enthusiasm, but tone it down a bit. It's just a bit too much unreal (unless that surreal look was what you were going for but it draws (IMHO) too much attention to the post processing and not enough to the photographed scene.
Most definitely the first one.
Neither one. It just looks unnatural and too obviously fake. By the shadows, the sun seems to be high and maybe a bit to the left.
