So, out for a chinese lunch today ... well, maybe not Moo Shu exactly. But the meal went down well with Corona and lime just the same 😎. These photos were taken with a Fujifilm XF10 compact. Shot in RAW mode and processed in Lightroom Classic CC. Settings: ISO: 400 to 640; Shutter Speed: 1/30th to 1/80th; Aperture: f/2.8. 18.5mm fixed lens (28mm field of view).

But only 91 views since November 2, Richard. Don’t know what turned folks off. These colors are not enhanced, they are the actual color of walls, furnishings and decor in the restaurant. Maybe they are just too garish for most folks. The images are level and not oversharpened. I “published” one b&w photo on a Facebook group today and it has generated over 225 views and still counting. Oh, well.

Reviewing some of your older posts (before I joined UHH), these shots are great. Your out of camera color is beautiful. I shoot Nikon and at least shoot a gray card or a Xrite ColorChecker to make sure my captures are either close or with colorChecker they are dead on. A beer sounds good but isn't this a Mexican restaurant? You know, I always say, if the picture makes me want to me there, you did a good job as a photographer. And you did, I want to go there but I live in Maryland! What is the name of this place. Maybe there is one in Maryland?

Sadly, the restaurant is only part of a small regional group. Their place in Shawano is called “El Taquila”. Love the bright colors they used to decorate the restaurant and their margaritas aren’t bad either. /Ralph

With the use of the internet and MS Maps, I found one close by in NJ (801 N Black Horse Pike, Runnemede, NJ, 08078). Not sure if it will look as nice as the one you visited but if I'm up that way, we'll stop in. Thanks rjay.

Let me know how it is. Whether the molé is canned or the real thing; whether the chilies offered are fresh (and hot-flavored) or come from a jar; etc.
