During the daylight a technician replaces the low voltage capacitor bank in one of Nicola Tesla's inventions. Not shown in the photo is the 14,500 volt primary transformer that feeds this animal. The low voltage capacitor bank has to be able to withstand around 45,000 volts, and the last set didn't.
This little monster is capable of throwing 10 foot lightning bolts when in operation.
