Good shots of this tiny one, I would agree with your ID. Maybe this one looks smaller because it hasn't exuded many long waxy filaments yet. He has a cute expression.

I am slightly familiar with wooly aphids. This is unusual because it has so little 'wool'. A Homopteran, yes. Not familiar to me , yes. Wooly aphid ??? Bill
