taken at Macys San Francisco in the Clothing Dept Both these kids were in their strollers and i got close with my Canon 5d mkll lens iso was high but the overhead lights reflected in the eyes.

Redron it is delightfully obvious you bonded well with these darling "little people"
That said, here is a touch of wisdom a very accomplished commercial child photographer shared with me so many decades ago....
"Always have your camera's lens axis at of below a child's eyes"
a.k.a. make the "little people" appear as they would in the eyes of their peers...
This actually is the something which typically applies across all age and gender...
