Hello! Welcome to Day 218 of our Daily Photo Challenge. Today's challenge is all about Family. Share your personal, work, church, or 'critter' families, or any other family scenario you choose. I really appreciate the many wonderful people who contribute to this daily photo challenge. Your amazing photos have opened my eyes to other areas of the country/world, and your stories have inspired me, made me laugh and/or cry and filled some lonely hours!
My example consists of photographs taken Sunday, 2 weeks ago, as I was getting ready to go to church. A doe was in our front yard with her twins. The photo story I'm sharing unfolded exactly as stated. Most of the photos were taken through my front window and are not as clear and crisp as I would like. They are unedited, but you'll 'get the picture!' I look forward to seeing your submissions today!
Mother & Twins 'grazing' under our Oak tree in the front yard.
"Wait!" "Is there movement in that window?!"
"Movement!" "What movement?!!"
"Children," "There's a human with something pointed at us!"
"Move it, move it, move it!"
Well, they made it back to the safety of our woods after being 'shot' by me several times!
Here's some of mine
Mom, big sister, new brother
Great grand Mother, and GG kids
4 of the grand kids in a box
The 5 turkies
Buffalo family
Just a few.

Well, I got one of my computers back from the shop...so terribly annoying to have to reinstall everything...I do have it all on an external hard drive though....but lost my book marks...or at least I dont know how to find them. But IM so glad to have a computer again!! Here are some family photos.....
son Gabriel racing his suzuki...got 122mph in 11 min
Gabriel again
fishermen braving rainy weather
Roxanne and Simon two of my 7 grands...walking my puppy Zeus
My husband is the professional. The wedding was us Sir Clumsy and nnie Blossum, our preacher my brother Bo. The nose bearers our grandson and a lot of clown friend from our church.
I've been clowning since I was about 12 with my dad. I took on the look of Raggedy Ann a few years later when I started working with the retarded. I dressed up for them on special events.
I married almost 29 years ago to a clown but I didn't know how far that would take me. He attracted me with his humor. He didn't start putting on paint until about 16 years ago. He works at our city school with special needs students. As you can see I'm so proud of him.
I'd love a backyard like this one.... mine is a poxy square! But then we dont have as much space in my country/town... Great shots ...

Woodsliv - What a gorgeous family, so beautifully photographed! I also hope to see some Buffalo 'in person' some day. And, I hope you framed the Grandkids in a box!
Annie Blossum - I just imagine your clown wedding was as fun and joyful as it looks! Love it! I would've loved to witness it - congratulations! What lucky Grandkids to have real clowns for Grandparents!
Laskalass - So good to see you and so sorry you've had such a time with your computer. I can so relate to your frustration! I am always excited to see your beautiful photos from Alaksa. 122 mph! That's got to make you a little nervous!
suejay - Our front yard is about is about 150 yards from the state road on which we live and those deer were scarily close to the road. I was worried that I was going to spook them into the road and probably wouldn't have disturbed them if it had been any other time than a quiet Sunday morning. One of those times when I wished I had something better than my 200mm kit lens!
Judy - Beautiful photos of a beautiful family. Aren't those just the best times? All my Grandkids are fascinated with horses/ponies. They get it honestly from my husband/their 'Grumpy,' who used to be quite the horseman!

Nan, I LOVE vintage family photos! And you didn't tell us you married Burt Reynolds! I'm thinking that bride is you and the only thing changed is the color of your hair! Correct me if I'm wrong!
