Super nice, Dave. Love the colors.

I have a Jupiter 8 and a Jupiter 12 I use with my Leica IIIf.

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a look Bob. I got this lens about a month ago out of The Ukraine with a m42 mount. And I have to say it stays on my Sony a7 more than any other of my lenses.

Thank you Linda, rose leaves are sometimes that color, so I tried to keep that same hue.

I love the red against that beautiful green in both of them but I especially like #2. The center is beautifully in focus but it still captures the softness of the petals. The shape of the rose makes me think of the dancing flowers in Fantasia just before they come alive and start dancing.

Why thank you Keni. Yeah, I have to say #2 is my favorite also. I like the shade of green better in that one, and I also like the dead bloom next to the live one.

I believe I once read that the human eye has difficulty focusing on deep reds such as this, which may be the unusual appearance in that part of the image.
