Can you describe these 'worms' a little more? I'm not sure what exactly that might mean. So far, I've had no difficulty seeing, converting, or working on Fuji RAF (Fuji 'raw') or resulting DNG (or down-the-workflow line .tif or .jpg) files in either Lightroom or Photoshop. Don't know whether that's because the Fuji I have is an older model and Adobe (CC) has somehow accommodated for it, or what. Had you had problems with files, or is this problem that C1 has fixed been something only users of more recent models were experiencing? I have zero experience with any version of Capture One, so....
Yes, When I load my pics in Lightroom and do just a little pp on them, if you look up close you can see the unnatural processing - I have attached one of my pics so hopefully you can zoom in enough to see - but it is very unnatural. It definitely is a known problem that I hear about on the facebook groups as well. Hoping the Capture One can do this better.

Lightroom processes other cameras Nikon...Canon...etc differently - a lot of it has to do with the Xtran processors in Fuji - Adobe hasn't adjusted for them camera wise or felt they needed to...but they will ;) A lot of other processing companies have started to adjust for Fuji and I think it will grow - but for now Capture One is making a lot of Fuji owners happy
Wow. The leaf looks like it had been modified with some sort of efx plug-in or something, so I see what you mean now. Strange. Initially, I'd installed and used Fuji's raw converter software, but as soon as I bypassed that and just imported files straight into Lightroom, the files opened and worked as expected, so there wasn't a reason to import and convert in one software only to work on the files in another. My have to look into the freebie version of Capture One, if only to see if there are any differences between it and LR when doing a conversion. Whatever, thanks for the heads up and the explanation/example. Lovin' these Fuji captures....
