Gorgeous shot but I had to look carefully to see the spider. The ant is so dominant you lose the spider but it is the spider which is powerful. perhaps tweeking contrast and saturation may make the spider a little more prominent

I have tweeked the colour as you sugested, I think it has improved it slightly? To some extent I think the green on green is going to be a problem with this image.

The spider is built to blend in. It has the perfect camouflage.
