HP 130 Print probem

I changed head in Lt Magenta along with ink. I get two good prints then goes to redish tints. Any help is welcomed.

Going more red is telling you one of the other colors are fading, allowing the red to show through more. You should able to print a color test page which will show each color. the failing head/ink should reveal itself.

Personally I make the cartridges ‘bleed’ a bit when I’m having issues: take the cartridge out and take a non-lotion tissue and draw across the head, cleaning and pulling a bit of the ink out. Had worked for me for years.

Sounds like the problem we had with our 5000. Changed ink cartridge, print head. Neither helped. Purged the line with a syringe...that helped for a while, the problem returned after a short time. Had someone from a print shop (Not HP service) come over and took a look. There is an air pump that creates pressure for the ink to flow. Replaced that and it worked again.

Cannot make any maintenance software allow to due a print check. Only time is when new head is installed. Thanks for infos.
