Hello -
I was fortunate enough to attend the Hot Air Jubilee in Jackson MI on Saturday July 20th - Here are some of my favorites from the event.
I learned a lot from the Michigan Challenge Balloon Fest in Howell in June and think it really helped me improve on my shots - Let me know what you think and feel free to post any balloon shots you may have. It was a great time.
Thank you!
What a wonderful way to travel, nice shots. Where are the ones looking down and out?

I didn't get the chance (yet) to go up - that is something I really want to do.
Like your Avatar. The balloons are sure pretty. Thanks for sharing.
I happened to be in Santa Rosa CA in 97 when they did a baloon launch and was it fantastic, they said there were over 40 ballons being launched and the different shapes and colors were wonderful, ships, bananas, watermellon and multi colored all went up that day.
Thank you Molson and Gidgette!
There were 23 that launched on this Saturday - the only cool shape was Sugar Bear - but the colors were fantastic - thanks for the comments!!
