I like playing around with photos that lend themselves to being turned into an impressionist style painting. Here's an attempt with nothing done to the original except apply 1 built-in effect. Like or don't like? Original posted for comparison.

I also play with Topaz Impression 2 occasionally, but it is best not to make a habit of it.

I can see all sorts of possibilities for this photo, and in this case I like the original best.
