Here's a photo I took last month, while hiking in The "pictured Rocks National Park, in Michigan. While on a cliffs' edge, looking down on the water below, I noticed some great colors among the Boulders and submerged old logs. Spied a seagull, and snapped. Had no time to do more than focus, and might have been a little WEAK on that. I would like to see photos others have taken, While HIKING> RJM

That's an amazing photo. The underwater rocks create an impressionist painting look, and then the contrast of that starkly real seagull just works perfectly against it. Beautifully captured.

Beautiful, ya done good...love those colors, contrast and the effect of the water, really cool.

Thank you, Dr. Nikon. May I assume you shoot “NIKON”? Very good. I have been A staunch Pentax shooter since my one year vacation (government funded) in Vietnam. My photo was taken with my most recent camera, the Pentax K-1. RJM
