A Sad and Disgusting Photography Story

My sister and I have a difference of opinion. When we travel I take plenty of pictures while she takes none. Her thoughts are she wants to spend the time enjoying what she sees. I take pictures and then re-live my experiences through the pictures keeping a journal of my travels. Speaking of which I need to post pictures from our last two trips in the last three months. Australia and Morocco.

When I was in Yosemite with Ansel Adams many years ago he told us “if you can’t make your image of what you see bigger or more important, don’t push the button. Just remember it for ever for what it was”.

Thanks for sharing this excellent anecdote. There have been many times that I have had to follow his advice (even though I didn't know I was at the time).
