Glorious Sunny Day...
Looks like you had a perfect day for a road trip, Angela! Beautiful, sunny and happy images, and it doesn't get any better than a field of sunflowers!!

Nice set Angela, love Popeye on his tractor...

Many years ago i sailed my boat up from Miami and docked it in Freeport, L. I. I docked there because a fishing captain I met in Miami shipyard said I would be guaranteed a job. I worked for Captain Ben's Fish Dock for a while. Part of my duties was delivering to restaurants all over Long Island. One day in early spring, On the way back to Freeport from the end of the island, I stopped and bought veggies from the many farmstands along the way. When I got back to my boat, my wife decided we would have a vegetable dinner with all that bounty. We were weren't used to all that much fresh vegetable at once. It was delicious but we paid the price. Still, no regrets. I lost her in 1998 but still miss her.
