In case you need to know. Rub split open stalk or crushed leaves/flowers on exposed skin before coming in contact with poison and you won't break out. Use after breaking out to dry it up. If you break out in a large area, you may want to see a doctor. I learned this 65 years ago in Girl Scouts and it hasn't failed me yet. Usually grows beside the poison. These shots were taken in my yard. It's called jewel weed or touch-me-not. Seed pods explode when touched. The poison oak and ivy leaves are beautiful in the fall - leaves of three, let it be! Also works really well to stop bug bites from itching.

Never needed to try anything else but I'm glad they've come up with the soap. Wonder if it's one of the "new" things they make now from plants.
