No, the tail is wrong for one thing. Cooper's Hawk or sharp shinned (those two are similar) maybe?

As per Jim’s suggestion I looked up Broad winged hawk and it is an adult light morphed Broad-winged hawk.

After looking up both the Coopers and Broad winged hawks I can’t tell the difference!
