Spider - Prey of Wasp

Found a wasp dragging along a spider. The spider was almost as larger as she.
Took some photographs: Top view of spider and Macro of face.

I had not seen either of these before.
What kind of spider is it?

The green squares are one millimeter on a side.

Looks to be a common Wolf Spider. This type of behavior is more common than you might think. Most times, it's never seen. Here is a wasp attacking a spider that I saw several years ago...

Different wasps paralyze spiders to feed to their larvae. The spider wasps are an entire family, and then there are mud dauber wasps.

I once held some hope that the contest between a spider and the wasps that hunt them would be some kind of epic battle, as in the spider had a chance. Then I saw it play out once and realized that spiders have no chance at all once one of the hunting wasps has found them. Webs and burrows and fangs are trivial to these killing machines.
