There was a time when the dashboard of an automobile was unique to that make and model. Today everything looks the same. It is safe to assume this did not come from a Yugo?
If you’re thinking of buying, I would definitely have it inspected. You don’t want hidden problems showing up later.

It depends on what you call a long time, Its been there long enough to develop rust on the cuts on the windshield post, and the pry bar.
Looks like a fun fixer upper project.
