There are others as well which are easy to find on YouTube. Some take you to instruction sites for which there is a price but many are "free".
I sympathize. I have chosen C1Pro (v11) for Sony and the more I use it the more I appreciate both the quality of the results and the ways to customize the user interface for my favored workflow (minimal) and favorite tools. But that said, their written material is awful, at least for me. The videos have been very helpful.
I use it on a Mac but I don't think that is very important. I have also used LR, Luminar, Affinity, RawTherapee, Darktable, GIMP, Photos (Mac), Picasa, Pixlr and many "free" ones. I mention this only to present my credibility in endorsing your choice.
I can't help you in person due to geography but I'd be happy to collaborate via email and/or telephone if you like. Note that I said collaborate rather than tutor because I'm no expert and probably not even high-skilled, yet. PM if interested else ignore.
