I have not the slightest what you are trying to say here. I don’t know what ‘law’ you refer to, but I guarantee you Obama did not pass any law that says the US Government can abduct children and hold them for the rest of their lives is some sore of permanent foster care, and that is exactly what is happening. There was Never any thought that those children would be returned to their parents which is why there is no record of who the parents are, or where they are, or who the kids are or who the kids belong to, or even where the kids are now.

We have responsibilities in international and national law about asylum, and these people qualify.
