Do you really think that a Supreme Court Justice was bought off, or do you think it more likely that a justice appointed by a republican president waited to see if Trump could be trusted to appoint a conservative jurist to replace him, and then after having seen the Gorsuch appointment Kennedy had confidence in Trump to appoint a conservative replacement.

I don't know how deeply this goes but I'd be more tempted to ignore it. Stephanie Ruhle, a host on MSNBC, worked for Duetch bank during the time and altho his son worked there, she said he was not Trump's banker. As far as his family, I don't know, but I believer her.
