I like the 3rd one because you got a little inventive with your cropping. It is a natural tendency when photographing architecture to show the whole building. But that rarely results in the most interesting photo. I would be curious as to what you could do with the first two photos using a similar cropping technique.

It has been 12 years since I had a job for which I traveled to every major city in the country. Pittsburgh is at the top of my list of cities that I miss the most. Keep up the good work. I enjoy seeing the city and surrounding area through your eyes.

Nice work on all of these, Joe. I’m picking a favorite, and for me, it’s the third one--it really catches my eye, and it is different from the usual.

Nice photos. Liked #3 but wish there had been some separation between the building (warehouse?) and the covered bridge. Also wish you could have included the top of the building. Would it have been possible to have zoomed out or stepped back and to have stepped to the right to include all of the bridge? I just think it would have been a better composition. Keep taking photos and sharing them with us.

Nice pictures of the Burgh. Don't see many "Chew Mail Pouch" barns any more, they used to be very popular.

The last man who painted "Mail Pouch" barns was from the Belmont county area of Ohio, and he passed away a few years ago.
