If someone snuck into your house and had a baby in your living room does that make it ok for them to stay in your house? Do you have to pay for their medical care, food, clothes, or find them low cost housing? Of course NOT. This is a ridiculous parable. I wouldn't expect you to do anything except kick them out or call the police.

My parents were thinking of migrating to Australia back in the late 60's early 70's. They would have let my family come over because we met the criteria they were looking for which included having certain skills. I won't get into what skills but the point is they wanted professionals so that their great country could grow. We didn't go, but could have because we were invited and met certain criteria.

On the other hand, my sister owns property in England. She used to stay there quite a bit. We are older now and she doesn't go as often as she used to. But one time she went and before she got through customs, they denied entry and put her on a plane back to the US. Why? She even owns a house there! Because they have rules. She stayed too much that year. She had to wait to come back. They have rules. We have rules.
