Carol, I would certainly agree, your project was a huge success! The capture is so rich in texture, soothing tones, but sharply focused at the same time. As you know, I have tried this technique, but maybe it is time for some software assistance. “You done good!” Lol

Fran, it really isn’t. I’ve been playing around with stacking for a couple of years and it isn’t as bad as it sounds. Thank you for the nice comment. I’m glad you liked by flower regardless of how it came to be.

Thank you, Bernie. I’m not sure how you processed yours but Zerene is great and I imagine Helicon is also. I chose to go with specialized software but I know it is done with other software as well. I’m looking forward to doing more while it is so hot this summer!

Thank you, Tom! One thing I am coming to realize is that we have it pretty good in our hobby these days. There is a camera feature or software to help us accomplish just about anything we want to do. The fact that I started out with a file type (raw) that didn't work for this project adds to the confusion.
