ok, but only because you asked...I don't think its too light, or too dark. My impression is that the sky and the mountains are pretty evenly matched since there is no color for contrast. Making the whole photo darker or lighter would not change that.
In the old BW film days we would say use a polarizing filter to darken the sky. But don't get me wrong, its an outstanding photo.
