Nice Brian.
Hercules Cluster is a fun object to image.
Was this from home? Or away?
I'm in Washington for about a month.
Land of the Big Trees....
...and limited views.

How’s the trip, I figured you were busy. Hope you have a good time.
Yes this was from home. I also shot M51, have to process it tho. Been playing with PixInsight and didn’t like how it turned out, so I’m going to do it my old way to see if it’s my pic or PI.

Trip is good so far, burned about $600 in gas.
(One Way...)
The Daughter and SIL bought me a Washington State fishing license for Fathers Day. So now I have to get my butt up here a lot more to geet use out of that.
Busy, busy, busy... But should be able to go hang out and try some fishing real soon. We have the Combo licenses so we can do about everything or anything.
From what I've read, (and never tried), Pixel Insight has a rather large learning curve. So you sure aren't alone there.
Being a minimalist, I have enough to chew with my simple programs like Elements 12.

Good star colors. Great resolution! Nice round stars. What more could one ask for!?

Quality work Brian. For the next week I'll be farther north than Sonny in Juneau and Ketchikan.

Enjoy the trip! My good wife and I have taken two cruises up the west coast to Alaska and driven the Alaska highway once. We're planning on redoing the road trip this fall...

The land of the Midnight Sun.
We spent the Summer Solstice in Fairbanks on our Alaskan cruise.
I wish I had followed my dreams as a young man, and gone North to Alaska!
Sey La Vi....
Have a great trip!
