Great work in growing (?) and photographing heirloom tomatoes. The 2 light reflections from the marble are slightly distracting so I suggest cropping or cloning them out. Then, a salad or a BLT.

My moniker, guardineer, is derived from one third Master Gardener, one third being a 30 year National Guard member and one third from residing in Gardner MT. And yes, growing tomatoes is a passion. We lost 10 plants on June 12th to a 26 degree night. They were covered in a high tunnel but that was obviously inadequate. My corn is now 3 inches high. Short growing season. Have you grown Sun Sugar cherry tomatoes? My favorite.

I was born and raised on a small farm in Ct. My father who was also born and raised on a huge farm in De. called his farm his hobby but guess whose children got to do the many chores. It was hard work but now it is in my blood and every spring I can't wait to get outside and get my hands in the soil and dirt under my nails. Unfortunately I no longer have the room to grow as much as I'd like but I do what I can. Have not heard of sun sugar cherry tomatoes in these parts, but will definitely hunt down the plants or seeds for next year thanks for he response and espcially the plant tip.....I love trying new plants

Funny, my dad's trick was to take us fishing in the 48 international, dig worms from old sheep manure piles, and load the manure in the international to be used as compost in the garden.
