The allegations are not only shocking but involve the entire Trump family. The suit is for 2.8 million dollars plus penalties and the Trumpster won't be able to wiggle out of this one.

No link but I googled it and it makes me wonder why the Clintons charity isn't being sued as well . After all, it paid for Chelsea's wedding..."Bill Clinton claims that no Clinton Foundation "funds" were used to pay for Chelsea Clinton's wedding. However, the leaked email from then top Bill Clinton aide Doug Band doesn't say "funds" it says "resources": " Funds, resources, same difference.

I'm sorry Scott but this particular post is about the Trump family. Clinton had nothing to do with it, but the good news is that neither did George W Bush.

How convenient that you only care if a conservative does something but brush off any misdeeds by liberals. Displaying your typical hypocrisy. This supposedly happened years ago, yet the Clintons deeds were years ago as well so they are both relevant.

Trump has played fast and loose with this Foundation for years, I thought Schneiderman froze it at one time. This is all documented so shouldn't be difficult to prove in court. I imagine Trump will settle with some stupid excuse, he said he'd never settle the Trump U. case but he did for 25M.
