Great shots of a very beautiful animal and it's a shame someone will take its life during hunting season. It's to bad animals can't shoot back to make it more interesting and a fair sport....Rich

Thank you so much Rich...it's great to know that you liked both the bucks and my shots of them!

Sony RX10 IV

Wow, excellent captures of Wildlife! Not familiar with the Sony RX10IV, what Zoom capabilities does it have?
Is it a DSLR or a Mirrorless Camera or a Point & Shoot? Just wondering!!

Very fine series Jan. It would be great if you could get more captures throughout the season showing the change in their antlers.

Thank you so much for your kind words...I'm really glad to know you liked the series! Documenting the growth in the antlers would be great...but the Shenandoah National Park is so expansive it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack to find these bucks again😊

Thank you for the lovely compliment Silverman...I’m so glad to know you liked my wildlife post! The Sony RX10 IV is a bridge camera...in other words a glorified point and shoot. I replaced my Canon 7D MKII and 300mm Prime lens when it became too heavy to carry around and shoot handheld and bought this one. I love it for wildlife because it has a fast autofocus and gets 24fps. It has a built in zoom that spans from 24mm-600mm...making it a great all purpose camera!
