I have never seen roadrunners in an urban environment. Grew up around a farm and saw plenty of them as they scooted off. Nice capture.

This is unique. I gather the bird doing the chasing is a male in breeding plumage. (I say that because the red behind its eye though I don't know if that is true.) Great capture. Now to go research New Mexico's State bird.
