Open the folder containg the pics, right click on the thumbnail, click on Properties, open the tab "Details" and the Exif data is there to read.

Not sure what you mean by "I am looking for the download..."

Right click the image you want the data on, then click "Properties" at the bottom of the pop-up list. Next click the "Details" tab at the top of the window and you have almost everything available to you right there.

So easy a Caveman could do it!

I use Windows and Linux computers, and Chrome web browser on both. To see the exif of picutres, I use this ExifViewer thing (Google Chrome Extension):

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lplmljfembbkocngnlkkdgabpnfokmnl

Works most of the times...

The Windows free EXIF viewer is limited in the data it can reveal. To get more info you need a seperate software program. The BEST I have found is P.I.E. from Picmeta, they have a free version that is the complete program, less the capability of modifying or adding to that Exif info, other than that it will tell you ANYTHING you need to know about the image.
