So, the North Koreans who try to escape? The East Germans who braved the Wall? The Jews who fled Nazi persecution? (and too often were turned away by the US) The Syrians who leave their country to escape bloody civil war? Are you serious or are just trolling, just stirring the pot? What planet are you from?
Or are you attempting "humor"?

My thought is that since the liberal media is unable to report facts and truth, let’s see what actually comes out about this. Remember, the person shot was breaking the law and there was alleged assault on an officer. I know the left wants to believe criminals over law enforcement, but I would bet some truth will be coming. This is like robbing a store, getting shot in the process then having family complain that you were shot. Don’t put yourself in positions where you are breaking the law. ALL law enforcement shootings are investigated, bet liberals won’t like the results.

George, the Koreans and the Germans were trying to break out of their own house. This woman was trying to break into our house. There is a significant difference.
Comparing ICE and the Border Patrol to Stasi is both hyperbolic and disingenuous. You are smart enough to know that.
As to the shooting, why is this any more significant than the police shooting an unarmed suspect (US Citizen) anywhere in the country? This may be a bad shooting, it may be a justifiable shooting. It will be investigated.
Even if it is found to be a bad shoot resulting in discipline for the officer, why make it about immigration? Assuming it was a horrible, unjustifiable bad shooting by an LEO, the issue is hiring and training, more training of LEOs in general, and holding individuals accountable when they srew it up. Its not just about the Border Patrol.
Except to generate some shrill headlines...

Funny, Pharm. You are placing yourself in the camp of those who post only to insult; the people I mentioned my my recent reply to Blurry.

While I respect your opinion, you have likely said or at least thought the same of me! LoL
I think I would probably like George if I knew him. I respect his way of communicating his thoughts on here as he is one of our more reasoned and civil participants. I often disagree with him, but that is OK. I would be happy to break bread with him, and we could prolly talk politics without cussing each other out...not a bad thing.

The young woman who was shot was, to use your analogy, trying to break out of her house, as were the North Koreans and the East Germans. And yes, there are far, far too many bad shootings by police of citizens in the US. BTW, IRRC the Constitution extends its protection to ALL within the US, not just citizens. My comparison of Border agents to the Stasi hyperbolic? Perhaps, but there are incidents of Border patrol agents emptying water caches which might have saved lives. Seems a bit over the top. I wonder how much the incessant anti-hispanic rhetoric of the last year or so is contributing to this sort of behavior by Border agents.
BTW, thanks for not insulting me. I'm certain that others will do that, those who feel that disagreement with them is prima facie evidence of mental deficiency or moral depravity.

Thanks for the kind words. It is possible to disagree without being childishly obnoxious.

True.
But it is kinda fun to get obnoxious with some of our more obnoxious colleages on here! LoL At least for me.
I can't imagine you and I going to the gutter in a conversation though!
Have a great day and be blessed.
