When I was heavily into making bonsai trees I thought that every tree was supposed to be a masterpiece, that is until I read a book from an old master. His comment to those aspiring to grow the best trees was "Grow 100 trees... keep one."
Many of the shots I take are acceptable but, it is that one that is exceptional I should keep. The other shots are learning experiences that you must take to find out how to get that exceptional one. Keep growing trees (shooting photos) but learn from even the worst one.

Yeah, aquarium's can be really tough, but a challenge can be a lot of fun too! The variable lighting conditions, reflections, shooting through the glass, proper color balance, and getting cooperation from the critters you wish to photograph are all big challenges. However, the photos you posted are all quite good and I'd bet that it's a bit easier next time. Good luck and good shooting to all.
