These photos are not intended for beauty, they're just snaps. I have a Century Plant that has been residing in a pot for many years, neglected along a side fence. Early last month, I spotted a bloom stalk forming and have been amazed by its progress. I have never known of a century plant, particularly a relatively small one, to bloom while potbound, as this one certainly is. Anyway, here's a brief series of photos that show this bedraggled specimen shooting up a glorious stalk. Sorry for all the clutter in the reference shot, still dealing with repairs from Hurricane Harvey.
When it's their time to bloom, I'm not sure they care where they're planted. Nice.
