I went out yesterday morning to one of my favorite spots on Buckeye Lake to photograph Blue Herons. Here are a couple of them. Wish the lighting had been a little better on the flight ones to allow for a faster shutter speed. These are all of the same bird. I followed him around for over an hour. Hope you enjoy. Canon 7D MKII with Sigma 150-600mm C.

These are fun birds to watch. In Florida were I live they are very common, I like to practice taking bird in flight picture with them because they are big and slow taking off.
