Since you have the plan, when the dialogue asks what you need help with, click on Creative Cloud. The chat line has worked for me, so even if the wait time is a bit long, I recommend that. If necessary they can remotely [with your permission] do a screen share and look around to see if they can correct the problem.

I agree with you... I've had the CC since it was started.. I even updated to ALL of the apps for about 6 months while dealing with a project then I called Adobe and reverted back to my original Photography Plan (the $9.99 plan). It was all painless and everything works (and always has) fine. The Adobe reps were very helpful and took care of everything.
