Creative Cloud problem.

I took the plunge and went for the CC Photographers Bundle. Whenever I click on the downward arrow next to the programme I want as in pic#1 and click on "view tutorials", it opens my browser with the message in pic#2. Any ideas what's going on? I've just installed XD CC and have no idea what it is. I did click on "What's new" first but I got the same thing.

Not sure what is going on, I click on both of those and get the tutorials and the "what's new". They open in Internet Explorer. Perhaps check settings on your computer to make sure explorer will open. If you don't have any luck, contact Adobe customer service. Since you have the plan, when the dialogue asks what you need help with, click on Creative Cloud. The chat line has worked for me, so even if the wait time is a bit long, I recommend that. If necessary they can remotely [with your permission] do a screen share and look around to see if they can correct the problem.

I agree with you... I've had the CC since it was started.. I even updated to ALL of the apps for about 6 months while dealing with a project then I called Adobe and reverted back to my original Photography Plan (the $9.99 plan). It was all painless and everything works (and always has) fine. The Adobe reps were very helpful and took care of everything.

If it helps, the XD CC "learn more" goes to https://www.adobe.com/products/xd.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#! It is some sort of design tool for websites and apps. So far, it only confuses me.

I understand the confusion about XD CC. Adobe has a problem in understanding their customers. Most of what has been added on to the basic Creative (?) Cloud stuff is for graphics designers/artists. How many times have you encountered baffling terminology in Adobe's explanation of their product?
