WOW!!!! How big is your pond??? Mine is 16x20 and we do have the net raised with a piece of pvc arched over the top... so there is room in one section for taller plants... we usually just do water hyacinths and water lettuce. Now we only have 7 koi since last year 9 of my 16 year old koi died..... horrible situation.
We always buy tadpoles and watch them grow!! It's a lot of work maintaining, but well worth it!!

Mine is not that big, 5ft X 12ft above ground, easy to maintain.

This is our third pond... we kept getting bigger because we love it, not every, but some weekends are spent cleaning pads and filter!!

Yep, same here, it's the pickup filter I have to clean about every two weeks, the biological filter about every 12 weeks, this pond is 4 years old now and will build another maybe next year, but want be much bigger if any.

Thinking about putting one inside a large greenhouse, I think that would be cool, I'm going to take down my pool, I could put it there.

I would love to take down our above ground pool and put a gazebo in it's place... but with the grandsons, my husband wants to keep it... he maintains it all and goes in maybe 5 times a season... I never go in!! We spend so much on electricity between the pond and pool...
The only plus I would see about putting a pond inside a greenhouse, is that you don't ever have to worry about the herons and egrets getting your fish!!
