These spots 're seen on photos aiming the sky, all my lenses. Specially clear with small f stop (f/ 22...) don't see in large opening (f/2.5...)
f /22 ss 1/320 ISO auto 320
f/2.8 ss 1/8000 ISO auto 100

Looks like you have dust on your sensor

Could be sensor dust, but post again at reasonably high resolution and select Store Original so we can have a better look.

Without question these are sensor spots. The key is that you can see them stopped down, but not wide open. They are still there—they just aren’t detectable wide open. Which lens you use is, of course, irrelevant.
Sensor dust,I just cleaned my 7100 sensor with sensor swabs,it had dust all over it from a Sedona trip. If you clean it yourself be very careful the sensor is a very thin piece of glass, use light pressure. I did mine myself and it is crystal clear, the sensor is the heart of the camera if your not comfortable doing it yourself send it out to be cleaned. Jim Bianco
Your f/22 shot of the sky is the classic way to check for sensor dust.

Thanks, will do it this evening. The RAW file is too big to go. I'll crop it down

As the others have said it's more than likely sensor dust. In my experience dirt on sensors doesn't move around that much so you should see the same spots in the same location in other photographs.
But the lens defects or dirt never show up like that.

No need.
As OddJobber says, this is classic sensor dust.
A blower will usually do that job. Get a filtered blower. I use the Koh Global Hepa Jet Air II blower. It has a large hepa filter, an anti-static filter, a one-way check valve, and a medical grade PVC bulb. Most blowers have a rubber bulb that can shed fine particles. The PVC bulb won't do that. Adorama Camera has it and you can also order it directly from Koh Global.
Point to something solid colored, you can be out of focus- in fact it's better. You'll see the same pattern of spots - in sharp focus. THis is your proof of what they are. You can clean it yourself... it is not a big deal, just get a hand blower, and a kit and a viewer, follow the directions to a tee... and look for a youtube video and watch a bunch of differnt videos of people doing this..just to get familiar with it.
....unless you are not handy, then pay someone to do it. However, in most all cases, you'll be more careful then the majority of people you find behind the desk.
