After replying watch this topic check box

Lately I've noticed that if I click on The Quote button to reply that the thread doesn't go on my watch list and there is no "After replying watch this topic" checkbox. But, if I simply reply the checkbox is there. Am I just not remembering how UHH works?

Hold down the home and off buttons simultaneously. When you release them it captures the screen to your photo library.

Try this:
Go to MY PROFILE, scroll alllll the way to the end, look for this item
" Don't automatically watch topics when replying
If enabled, a topic won't be marked as watched when you reply. Use this if your Watched Topics page gets too busy and you would rather mark topics to watch manually. For new users it's best to leave this option off until you get comfortable using this forum and all its features. "
Make sure it is NOT checked.

That was checked. I'm not sure how it got checked, but it's unchecked now. Thanks for he help.

It got checked because Murphy was bored or upset with you.
Leave out a beer, pretzels and maybe a corned-beef sandwich. He will like you more and be busy eating. And the rule is if Murphy doesn't eat it in a reasonable time it is OK for you to eat it. Kinda like the snacks left out for Santa on Christmas Eve. Our oldest used to leave out one of his favorite candy bars for Santa. When he got older and found out it was his mother and I who ate them he informed us we owned him a box of them-large size please!
